I'm going and I hope get get several more to represent the club. Let's make sure we bring the boats on Sunday's so we can get some good practice in.

In response to Charles' question, the event will be held in Greenville, SC hosted by the Greenville MYC. It was originally planned to be in Asheville, NC but due to planned drainage of their pond the venue and host club was switched to Greenville, SC. There are three active clubs in tha area of Region 3, Greenville MYC, Asheville MYC and Green Pond MYC, Anderson, SC. Hopefully they will all be represented at the Region 3 Regatta. I have sent in my entry and hope to meet up with many old friends from Region 3 and elsewhere.

Looks like it will be just me going up to the regionals. Bruce will travel with me as pit crew. I think I'm going to use the old sails for the regatta, it's a risk but I seem top able to get around the course with them.
